Official presentation was done at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show. The new 2020 Lincoln Aviator positioning itself between Lincoln Nautilus and Lincoln Navigator. His major rivals are the Audi Q7 and the Land Rover Discovery, which will reach showrooms in summer 2019.
2020 Lincoln Aviator design
The new 2020 Lincoln Aviator will have the same size as a Range Rover. The new Aviator has a familiar SUV silhouette but tries hard with the details. Exterior with the dramatic front grille is a new modern look of Lincoln Aviator. Porsche signature is the horizontal red lighting strip across the rear.
Regarding inside if we compare it with Volvo, Lincoln is determined to step away from the sporty pretensions of its German rivals.
Inside of 2020 Lincoln Aviator includes the design and texture of the center stack, with the designers incorporating vintage, mid-century elements into the look of the gauges and the switchgear inside.
It will be offered a plenty of interior color options. Aluminum surfaces have been added to the interior to communicate a vintage airplane look, without taking it too far.

travel in mind as well. Plenty of metal surfaces have been added to the
interior to communicate a vintage airplane look, without taking it too far.
Shapes and metal elements on the exterior add to the flight theme, including a
wing-shaped element that stretches from the front fender into the front doors.
2020 Lincoln Aviator engine
The all-new Aviator will be powered by two versions of a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. The base engine will produce 400 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, while a plug-in hybrid version of the same engine will notch that up to 450 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. Both versions of this power plant will be paired with 10-speed automatic transmissions. Needless to say, this is a lot of power for a three-row Lincoln SUV that isn’t even the biggest or the most expensive model in the lineup.
2020 Lincoln Aviator Pricing and Release Date
The price for new 2020 Lincoln Aviator should be between the Audi Q5 and the Q7, so reckon on a starting price around $45K. It’s a hugely competitive market, but for the first time, Lincoln might just have a vehicle capable of taking on the best of Europe and Japan.
