There is the usual wheels measuring eighteen inches and this trim level offers entry and ignition sans keys, Audi’s trademark digitized music interface comes with iPod cable. For sedans Audi A3 2017 comes with heat-up front seats with power seat that has four-direction power lumbar as well.
This particular trim level has exterior package of “S” lineage that flaunts LED powered headlights and LED interior lighting, cruise control, path assist system, forward collision moderation system, exterior mirror that can be power folded.

Audi A3 2017 – Available Powertrains
Audi A3 2017 is available in three engine variants. First up is 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine. Next is 2.0 liter four cylinder engine followed by two liter turbocharged diesel four-cylinder (2.0 TDI).
The 1.8 liter TFSI engine 170 hp with 200 lb/ft of torque, another variant 2.0 TFSI is capable of producing power of 220 hp with 258 lb/ft of torque. Finally the 2.0 TDI variant is capable of pumping out the power of 150 hp with 236 pound/ft of torque.
According to EPA standards fuel economy for all variants is;
- 1.8 liter TFSI- Combined rating is 27 mpg (23 city/33 highway) for the sedan and 28 mpg combined (24/35 city/highway) in convertible variant.
- 2.0 liter TFSI- 27 mpg combined rating i.e. 24/33 city/highway in sedan version and 26 mpg combined records 23/32 in city and highway respectively for convertible.
- 2.0 liter TDI- 36 mpg combined (31/43). This variant is available only in sedan, comes as standard with availability of all wheel drive.
Audi A3 2017 – Redesign Features
Audi A3 2017 has all necessary safety features loaded with it. It comes with standard antilock brakes, airbags stuffed on front knee, traction and stability control, airbags on the front, automatic seat belts to name a few.
This A3 isn’t the most immaculate of the sedans and has its own drawbacks. Some of the possible bummers are:
- Continued use of iPod interface which is not as good as the regular USB port.
- The backseat is fairly spacious but may not fit in any person with over average build.
- At just 10 cubic foot cargo space, it may not carry large amount of baggage.

There is no confirmed information about Audi A3 2017 price. However considering the trim levels and facelift with which it will be offered, price hike is on the card. Presently, Audi’s 1.8 liter premium version’s price starts from $35,000. Premium plus goes high as $40,500.
